Open your desired pod template.

You can open any pod template in another workspace. Open the main pod template page, and in the sidebar you can toggle open the Use Template button to open the template in another workspace.

Select workspace.

This will open a modal that selects the workspace you open the pod template in.

Setup the pod template.

Now you can set up the pod template in your desired workspace.
