Learn how to manage roles and permissions for members of a workspace
Basic Roles and Permissions
There are 4 base roles for a workspace:
Owner
This is the user who created the workspace. They have full access to everything in a workspace and is the only one who can delete a workspace.
Admin
They have full access to everything in a workspace, but cannot delete a workspace.
Member
Can execute, edit, delete, but cannot access workspace administration.
Viewer
Can view and download, but cannot execute, edit, or delete.
Changing a Member’s Role
To change a workspace member’s role, go to Workspace Settings > Members Tab and click on the role dropdown for that user:
Advanced Roles and Permissions
You are able to set fine grain permissions for what a member of a workspace is able to do. To do this click on the Advanced Permissions button next to the role dropdown for that user.
This will open up a modal where you can toggle specific permissions on and off.
